About me

My journey into this work grew out of both a need and a curiosity to understand myself on a deeper level. Through this process, I began to develop an understanding that is rich, unique, and deeply personal—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

My background includes a variety of modalities: SourcePoint Therapy®, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and Yoga (Anusara, Functional, and Yin). My intention is to support a shift toward health and to guide clients on a journey where healing can occur.

Our work together is a collaborative process of understanding what your body needs in the present moment while recognizing the appropriate tools to support that. This approach may complement your work with other health practitioners on your overall health journey.

  • Massage Therapy Program for New Jersey
    600 Hours​

    In the Massage Therapy Program, students study and apply basic biological sciences, clinical sciences, professional development, physical arts, and diverse massage modalities. Everyone in this program studies and practices Tai-Chi and Qi-gong as a way of sensitizing ones body and brain to experience and apply Ki energy. This program will cover the academic and practical requirement to become a licensed Massage Therapist and Bodywork Therapist in the state of New Jersey. Students will be prepared to take the NCBTMB exam for National Certification.
